1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Niyukti website (www.niyukti.uno), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use Niyukti

Niyukti is intended for individuals seeking employment ("Candidates") and organisations or individuals seeking to hire ("Employers"), each of whom must register using a valid email address and verify their account through a one-time password (OTP) sent from info@niyukti.uno.

3. Account registration and verification

• Employer accounts require admin verification before job posting is enabled. Once verified, employers receive a welcome email.
• Candidate accounts receive an automatic welcome email upon successful sign-up and can complete their profile and upload a CV at any time.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

4. Job postings

All job postings submitted by employers are reviewed by the Niyukti admin team before being published. Niyukti reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any job posting that appears misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these terms, without prior notice.

5. Applications and candidate data

When a candidate applies to a job, their profile and CV are shared with the relevant employer, subject to the wallet balance rules described below. Candidates consent to this sharing at the point of application.

6. Wallet, fees, and application charges

• Employers must maintain a wallet balance to receive full candidate details for each application received.
• A per-application fee, ranging from ₹1 to ₹50, is set and may be adjusted by the Niyukti admin team at its discretion.
• If an employer's wallet balance is insufficient at the time of an application, only the candidate's name is displayed; full profile and CV access is granted once the wallet is topped up and the fee is debited.
• Wallet top-ups are non-transferable between accounts. Refund requests should be directed to help@niyukti.uno and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: posting fraudulent job listings, submitting false candidate information, attempting to bypass the wallet or fee system, or using the platform to collect data for unrelated purposes.

8. Admin oversight

The Niyukti admin team may review, approve, suspend, or remove any employer account, candidate account, or job posting at its discretion to maintain the integrity of the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

Niyukti acts as a platform connecting employers and candidates. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of listings or profiles, or the conduct of any employer or candidate. Niyukti is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from interactions between employers and candidates.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
